Does your to-do list ever feel like it’s too much? 😅
Here’s a simple trick that helps me stay on track without feeling stressed: the 3–2–1 rule.
Do 3 big tasks → the ones that move you forward (e.g., write a client proposal, record a YouTube video, finish a grant application).
Do 2 medium tasks → supportive but not urgent (e.g., reply to emails, update your pitch deck).
Do 1 small task → a quick win for momentum (e.g., schedule a short check-in call).
By the end of the day, you’ll know you focused on what really matters instead of getting lost in busywork.
