🌱 What’s New?
As humans, we naturally seek comfort and aspire to a better life, dreaming of the latest cars, nicest homes, and dream vacations. However, we often shy away from the effort needed to achieve these dreams. Yesterday, in a chat with a friend, we discussed how easy it is to talk about goals compared to pursuing them. For instance, planning to write a book in 2024 sounds exciting, but the actual act of writing can be incredibly challenging. Similarly, deciding to explore more in 2024 is straightforward, but the reality of not leaving the house in the fifth month of the year shows how quickly time passes.
It's important to remember that we've already reached the 130th day of 2024, which means we've spent 35.33% of the year. Many, including myself, haven't started working towards some of our goals, while others may have begun but lost motivation along the way.
How to get back on track:
Review your goals: Look back at the goals you set in January and see how much progress you've made.
Restrategize: If your original plan isn't working, consider a new strategy. Maybe find someone to hold you accountable.
Implement: Make time each day or week to work towards your goals.
This newsletter serves as a reminder that with effort, we can achieve everything we set out to do. Remember, success is within reach if we're willing to put in the work.
