Hey Shipper 👋
We’re about to enter the last three months of the year, and before you start thinking about everything you still need to achieve before December, I want you to do something else first:
Look back.
What has actually been working for you this year? And what hasn’t?
Maybe you set a goal to get a new job, build a project, grow your business, learn a new skill, make more money, or simply become more consistent.
Don’t wait until December to realize that something you’ve been doing for months is not working.
Take some time this week to do a quick check-in across these 5 areas:
1. Goals: What did you say you wanted to achieve this year? What have you completed, what is still in progress, and what no longer matters?
2. Career & Skills: Are you actually getting better at the skills that can move your career or business forward? What do you need to learn, build, or improve before the year ends?
3. Money: How have you handled your money this year? Look at what you earn, spend, save, and invest. Is there anything you need to change?
4. Time & Productivity: Where is your time actually going? What habits or commitments are helping you make progress, and which ones are taking your time without giving you much back?
5. Relationships & Network: Who have you been learning from, building with, helping, or staying connected to? Are you building meaningful relationships, or only reaching out to people when you need something?
You don’t need to completely reinvent your life before December.
For each area, decide on just three things: what to keep doing, what to stop doing, and what to start doing.
You still have three months left in the year. That’s enough time to make meaningful progress, but you don’t have to keep doing things the same way just because that was the plan you started with.
Keep what’s working. Change what isn’t. And be intentional about what you want the next three months to look like.
